Key Responsibilities:
- Full administrative support to Wealth Managers
- Keeping client records accurate, updated, and fully compliant
- Coordinating account openings, investment instructions, and policy reviews
- Managing diaries, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Responding promptly to client and internal enquiries
- Applying FICA/FAIS knowledge across daily operations
- Assisting with switches, top-ups, and prepping for client review meetings
Requirements:
- Matric plus 4-6 years of investment admin or financial services experience
- A relevant BCom Degree/ Diploma
- Solid understanding of FICA and FSCA regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured work approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
