Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Group overall financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial control, reporting and governance across all subsidiaries
- Lead financial accounting, management accounting, revenue and cash flow oversight for Group
- Provide strategic leadership across procurement, supply chain management and asset management
- Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in systems and processes
- Serve as a key contributor to Group-wide strategy, business planning, risk management and performance execution
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- CA(SA) qualified (non-negotiable)
- 12 to 15 years Financial / Business Management experience
- 10+ years senior financial management experience
- Experience in logistics or related industries a strong advantage
- Demonstrated leadership experience at Group / Executive level
- Proven exposure to Procurement & SCM
- Group reporting & controls
- Strong financial modelling and reporting capability
- High-level strategic thinking and decision-making
- Ability to operate at Group Executive level
- Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness
- Able to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume, multinational environment
