Call Centre Agent – Financial Services
Start Date: February 2025
Location: Cape Town
Basic Salary: R6,300 per month
Earnings: Basic + Incentives / Commission About the Role
We are a growing financial services company seeking motivated and professional Call Centre Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, well-organized, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Cold calling to set new appointments for financial consultations

Contacting existing clients for review meetings / follow-ups

Managing calendars, setting appointments, and updating schedules

Administrative duties such as data capturing and CRM updates

Ensuring professional communication and strong customer service at all times Requirements

Previous call centre or sales experience is advantageous

Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette

Must be target-driven and self-motivated

Basic computer literacy (email, CRM, data capturing)
