Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barman to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion mixology, a strong knowledge of different types of beverages, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Take drink orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies.
5. Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and quality standards.
6. Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and the menu offerings.
7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
8. Assist in managing and overseeing the bar operations during busy periods.
9. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
10. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a similar setting.
2. Strong knowledge of mixology and different types of beverages.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
6. TIPS or other relevant certification is a plus.
