Project Focus: Construction of low-cost housing units under the BNG framework, promoting integrated, sustainable settlements with access to essential services.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement risk management strategies and resolve on-site issues promptly.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, preferably in housing or infrastructure projects (minimum 5 years).
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (diploma/degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of South African building regulations, health & safety protocols, and sustainable construction practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cost-efficiency and community engagement.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to be based in Atlantis.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in government-funded projects or low-cost housing initiatives.
