Duties includeDevelop strategies to enhance dealership revenue, profitability, and market share. Implement people capacity plans aligned with performance objectives and budgets. Achieve and exceed financial targets as agreed. Manage cross-functional areas effectively to optimize operations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and OEM guidelines. Oversee the dealership's financial assets, including cash flow, stock, and debtors. Lead and manage staff to attract and retain high-quality employees. Focus on customer acquisition and retention through customer-centric initiatives. Analyse market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategies. Matric (Grade 12) required B Com / other relevant tertiary business/commercial qualifications (NQF Level 7 preferable) ± 7+ years in the motor industry with exposure to various business disciplines ± 5 + years in vehicle retail new and pre-owned sales Dealer Operational Management Experience in retail, sales and service Marketing experience Reside within the North-West or nearby If your current experience and skillsets tick majority of the job specification boxes, then:
