Job Description:
We're seeking a Junior HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you'll be responsible for maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to HR queries in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule interviews and ensure a minimum return rate of 70%
- Capture daily applications and issue them to the admin office
- Assist with event bookings and contract management
- Perform basic office duties with a smile
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
