Job Experience and Skills Required:
CA(SA) is non-negotiable 10+ years finance experience Retail industry experience in a large or listed environment is highly advantageous Solid background partnering with operations, HR, or property teams Experience leading and developing a finance team Strong analytical and accounting skills Confident communicator and presenter Excellent Excel skills Comfortable with ERP and BI systems (SAP / BI is a big plus) Naturally organized, adaptable, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership presence
