Key Duties and Responsibilities:Perform administrative tasks: filing, answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments Interact with patients and vendors professionally Assist with general duties around the practice, including receiving deliveries and purchasing practice goods Organize and manage stock, including stock-taking Host clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable; provide refreshments when needed Provide patients with information about available services Learn new skills and attend training for skill development Required Qualifications:
Matric Experience:
Experience in administrative, reception, or office roles is beneficial Experience in hospitality, waitering, or client-facing roles is beneficial Additional Skills:
