Our client is looking for a dedicated Diesel Technician specializing in trucks and trailers to join their team and contribute to their mission of excellence in truck and trailer maintenance and repair.

Minimum requirements:
Trade Test - Diesel Mechanic (trucks and trailers) Valid driver's license (Code 10 and Code 14 will be advantageous) Own vehicle Minimum of 3-5 years post trade test experience Computer Diagnostic Tool experience Experience with Iveco, Powerstar and Foton will be advantageous Fluent in Afrikaans and EnglishSkills required:
Problem-solving Communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently Good work standardsResponsibilities:
Work independently in the field Plan and perform repairs using correct tools and procedures Order and return parts for assigned jobs in a timely manner Ability to perform preventative maintenance services Demonstrate proper use of service information systems Ability to diagnose correct parts that is required for repairs Utilize power tools - drills, impact wrench, air ratchet, grinders Perform relevant administrative duties and ad hoc administration as required Traveling to sites will be required Ability to perform the following tasks on basic components in work area, including engine, hydraulic, transmission and electrical components Completing job cardsRemuneration:
R 12 000 - R 38 000 Cost to Company, depending on the experience
