Facilitate training sessions and develop COPs/SOPs Mentor staff, review goals, and assess performance Maintain training records, conduct gap analyses, and ensure complianceRequirements
Grade 12 + Diploma in Training & Development Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator certifications 8+ years in open-cast mining Valid driver’s license MS Office proficiency, strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
