Key Responsibilities:
• Manage your assigned section with efficiency and consistency
• Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Support Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily operations
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and stock control protocols
• Train and mentor junior staff when required
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as a CPD in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality consistently
• Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
• Immediate availability
