Our client, based in Bellville, Cape Town, is seeking a Junior Draughtsman to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience in a drawing office, preferably with sheet metal and laser cutting, and be proficient in SolidWorks (3D Modelling) and MS Office. Experience with Amada bending software and SigmaNest is an advantage. A Diploma in Draughting or N5–N6 qualification and SolidWorks certification are required. REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:
- Creating sheet metal flat patterns.
- Preparing mechanical engineering drawings for machine parts.
- Producing part drawings and assembly drawings.
- Measuring and inspecting parts
- Preparing cutting lists for laser cutting.
- Compiling Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
