Hybrid Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Representative to support our business development efforts on a commission-only basis.
About Our Services
We specialise in:
CCTV and security camera installations (primarily Hikvision)
Network solutions and troubleshooting
Server room organisation and optimisation
General IT and technical support services
Backup power and related technology solutions
What We Offer
Commission-Only Structure
Earnings of between 5–10% of net profit on initial successful quotation for every new client you introduce to the company.
Flexible working hours – manage your own schedule.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance and new business generated.
Full technical support from our operations team once a lead converts.
Role Requirements
Valid South African ID
Own reliable transport
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and presentable
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic IT/technical knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory
Important Notes (Legal & Compliance)
This is a commission-based, independent contractor role and not a salaried or full-time employment position.
Commission applies only to new clients personally sourced and referred by the representative and is payable after full payment is received on initial quotation from the client and the job is completed.
No retainer, reimbursement, or employment benefits are provided.
Hybrid Technologies reserves the right to conduct reference or background checks where necessary.
