Description:

WeBridge (www.webridge.co.za) requires an Office Administrator at our office in Clubview on a contracting position for 6 months. We are an innovative company and expect all employees to contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit.

Summary of Duties:

  • Office administration and filing.
  • Assist office staff in maintaining client files and databases.
  • Attend office meetings and take minutes.
  • Capture client contact details in our IT system – training will be provided.
  • Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate person in the office.
  • Receive messages from outside parties with necessary details.
  • Populate client template contracts and review client contracts for accuracy.
  • Explain our product to prospective clients and answer their questions.

Requirements:

  • Office administration and filing.

  • Administration: 2 to 3 years
  • Office Clerk: 2 to 3 years
  • Afrikaans Fluent : 10 years or more
  • English Fluent: 10 years or more
  • Minimum: Fully conversant in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Minimum: Matric Diploma/Certificate with Maths.
  • Minimum: 2 years’ experience in a clerical position.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / Outlook)
  • General Admin Duties (Copying / Filing / Printing / Answering phones)
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative.
  • Must be able to execute on unfamiliar tasks and learn along the way.
  • Must have people skills and strong phone etiquette.
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Preferred: Business/Administrative Course or IT Course.

Candidate Requirement:
