WeBridge (www.webridge.co.za) requires an Office Administrator at our office in Clubview on a contracting position for 6 months. We are an innovative company and expect all employees to contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit.
Summary of Duties:
- Office administration and filing.
- Assist office staff in maintaining client files and databases.
- Attend office meetings and take minutes.
- Capture client contact details in our IT system – training will be provided.
- Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate person in the office.
- Receive messages from outside parties with necessary details.
- Populate client template contracts and review client contracts for accuracy.
- Explain our product to prospective clients and answer their questions.
Requirements:

- Administration: 2 to 3 years
- Office Clerk: 2 to 3 years
- Afrikaans Fluent : 10 years or more
- English Fluent: 10 years or more
- Minimum: Fully conversant in both English and Afrikaans.
- Minimum: Matric Diploma/Certificate with Maths.
- Minimum: 2 years’ experience in a clerical position.
- Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / Outlook)
- General Admin Duties (Copying / Filing / Printing / Answering phones)
- Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative.
- Must be able to execute on unfamiliar tasks and learn along the way.
- Must have people skills and strong phone etiquette.
- Must have strong communication skills
- Preferred: Business/Administrative Course or IT Course.
