Exciting Opportunity - Trainee Administrative & Assistant for Dental and Aesthetics Practice in Centurion – Learn, Grow, Assist DoctorsR15 000–R20 000 CTC Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Perform administrative tasks: filing, answering calls, booking appointments, taking payments
- Interact with patients and vendors professionally
- Assist with general duties around the practice, including receiving deliveries and purchasing practice goods
- Organize and manage stock, including stock-taking
- Host clients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable; provide refreshments when needed
- Provide patients with information about available services
- Learn new skills and attend training for skill development
- Matric
- Experience in administrative, reception, or office roles is beneficial
- Experience in hospitality, waitering, or client-facing roles is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with clients and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
