How you'll role
The Operations Manager will oversee the seamless management of operations across multiple sites, primarily focusing on Johannesburg and Cape Town. This includes strategizing to enhance operational efficiency, implementing key performance metrics, managing resources, and aligning operations with sales strategies to fulfill works orders effectively. - Develop and enforce a Total Quality Management culture with customer-centric approaches
- Handle HR/IR requirements and ensure compliance with legal standards

- Align operations with sales strategies to ensure resource availability
- Report performance metrics and customer service metrics to the executive committee
