Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end processes. Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate processing. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain financial integrity. Support process improvements and implement best practices within the finance function.Qualification and Skills Required:
BCom Accounting degree (SAIPA qualification preferred). Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar accounting role. Industry experience in manufacturing or retail is advantageous. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
