The role of Customer Service Specialist is responsible for quoting, and processing orders on the exact system (ERP), assisting client telephonically as well as walk-in clients, and invoicing orders daily. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for sending the picklist down to stores on time and informing clients of stock issues on their orders. They are equally responsible for building client relationships by excelling in customer service.
Experience Required:
- 3 + years in an admin/telesales role
- 3 + years in ERP systems use
- Medical devices sales/ support (beneficial)
