Our client, a leading private education group is seeking an experienced HR Officer/Manager to support their dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development while promoting a positive and professional workplace culture.
Minimum requirements:
Valid driver's license Own vehicle Fluent in Afrikaans and English Degree/Diploma in HR Management or Industrial Psychology Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HR Generalist or managerial role Previous experience within an educational or school environment is ESSENTIAL Proficient in MS Office, Payroll systems and HR systemsRequired skills:
Knowledge of labor legislation and Human Resource best practice Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organization Professionalism ConfidentialityRemuneration:
R 20 000 - R 30 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience
