Description:
An opportunity exists for a reliable and detail-driven Receiving & Dispatch Operator to join a dynamic processing environment in Hartswater. The role ensures efficient handling, registration, storage, and dispatch of nuts according to quality standards and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and record all incoming and outgoing deliveries accurately.
• Verify product quality and documentation against delivery specifications.
• Coordinate loading, off-loading, and movement of stock between processing areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch records.
• Liaise with internal departments such as quality control, warehouse, and administration to ensure workflow efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar receiving or dispatch role.
• Basic understanding of quality control processes.
• Computer literacy and experience with inventory systems advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Highly organised, punctual, and attentive to detail.
