In this role, you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, maintaining sound accounting controls, and supporting effective financial management across various projects and business units.
Job & Company Description:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements Manage the general ledger and perform key reconciliations Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial procedures Provide financial insights to enhance reporting accuracy, cost management, and operational effectiveness Contribute to project accounting and cost monitoring within the construction environment
Key Responsibilities:
BCom degree in Accounting or Finance 35 years experience in a full-function accounting role Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and organisational skills Experience in the construction sector is a significant advantage Exposure to the full finance function (General Ledger, Reconciliations, Trial Balance)
