This is a hands-on role overseeing multiple entities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment that blends hospitality, manufacturing, and farming. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial integrity, optimising processes, and supporting strategic decisions that sustain growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full financial management across multiple operational divisions within the agricultural group
- Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth
- Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights that enhance decision making
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a minimum of 4 years post-articles experience
- Proven experience within the agricultural or farming industry (exposure to multiple operations advantageous)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Hands on and adaptable, with the ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-entity environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
