Conduct site assessments , compile documentation, and recommend technical improvements.

Perform daily client follow-ups , ensuring issues are resolved and updates are communicated effectively.

Support and maintain firewalls and access points (APs) .

Implement and monitor end-point protection and management solutions .
Minimum Requirements

+2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role.

Strong knowledge of O365, networking fundamentals, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Experience with firewalls, APs, and endpoint security tools.

Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous for onsite visits).

Strong communication & customer-service skills.
