Street Wallet enables informal workers to receive digital payments, store money safely, and access financial services. We work directly in communities to bring financial inclusion to people usually excluded from banking.

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic, community-minded Field Sales Agents to onboard informal workers (hawkers, vendors, gardeners, domestic helpers, car guards, etc.) onto Street Wallet. You will work directly in communities, markets, taxi ranks, and busy commercial areas.

Responsibilities

• Approach informal workers and explain Street Wallet

• Register and onboard new users via mobile app

• Hit daily/weekly onboarding targets

• Build trust and relationships in the community

• Report activity to your regional field manager

• Represent Street Wallet professionally in the fiel

  Requirements

  • Experience in field sales, door-to-door selling, or community outreach

  • Must speak at least one local language (Zulu, Xhosa, Sotho, Tswana, or Afrikaans)

  • Comfortable using smartphones and apps

  • Confident, outgoing, resilient personality

  • Able to travel within your assigned area

  • Previous experience in mobile money / insurance sales is a plus
