Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the new and/or used vehicle sales team Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction Implement and monitor sales strategies, targets, and KPIs Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle turn rates Ensure compliance with OEM, dealership, and regulatory requirements Handle escalated customer queries and uphold brand standards Coach and develop sales staff through ongoing training and performance management Requirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, finance, and compliance Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong administrative and reporting abilities Valid South African drivers licence Package:
