Description:
The Company Secretary role requires the following:- A minimum of 3 years company secretarial experience.
- A completed legal degree is required.
- Experience at a listed company is preferred, alternatively at a multinational, group of companies.
- Experienced in organizing and managing board and committee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of agendas, board packs, and minutes.
- Strong understanding of company law.
- Self starter and strong attention to detail.
