How you'll role
As a Chartered Accountant you'll be entrusted with managing and overseeing all finance operations, ensuring fiscal accuracy and compliance within a high-performing FMCG/Manufacturing environment. Your role will be crucial in driving financial efficiency and strategic decision-making across the business.
What you'll do
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in line with IFRS
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitor financial performance and report to management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors
- Assist with cost accounting and inventory valuation
- Oversee treasury functions and manage business risks
- Authorize expenditures and manage departmental budgets
- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead internal and external audits and implement recommendations
Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and compliance
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
