✨ What You’ll Do
As the heartbeat of the front-of-house, you will:
• Welcome guests with grace, confidence, and warmth
• Manage premium reservations with precision
• Escort guests to their tables and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Present menus and introduce their waiter/waitress with elegance
• Curate daily floor plans for lunch & dinner
• Liaise with chefs and senior staff on menu updates and guest preferences
• Handle calls, enquiries, VIP alerts and guest communication with finesse
• Ensure the hostess desk is immaculate and professional at all times
• Create seamless shift handovers
• Carry yourself with poise, polish and quiet confidence
