Develop detailed 3D Revit models Produce clear plans, sections, details, and IFC drawings Maintain Revit content and templates Translate markups into coordinated models Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA Assist with shop drawings, RFIs, and as-built updates Skills & Experience:
Minimum 35 years experience as a Structural BIM/Revit Technician Strong knowledge of structural systems and construction practices Proficiency in Navisworks and coordination workflows Familiarity with BEPs and Common Data Environments Excellent attention to detail, communication, and team collaboration skills Qualification:
National Diploma or higher in Structural, Civil Engineering
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
