What Youll Bring25 years experience building and implementing AI/ML models. Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Azure ML, or equivalent tools. Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. Practical knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and non-technical teams.
What Youll Be Doing
Define: Develop AI strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer goals, co-create proposals, and ensure technical and business alignment. Design: Architect secure, scalable AI systems, integrating frameworks, data platforms, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Develop: Build and optimize ML models and workflows for ingestion, training, validation, and evaluation; create scalable pipelines. Deploy: Operationalize AI solutions using MLOps best practices with tools like Databricks, Azure ML, Kubernetes, and Docker. Deliver Continuously: Monitor, retrain, and optimize models, incorporating live data and feedback for ongoing improvement. Collaborate: Work within Agile (Scrum) teams, maintaining code quality, documentation, and alignment with stakeholders.
