Are you an IT (Information Technology) professional with a passion for keeping networks running at peak performance? Our client is looking for a skilled Network Support Officer to join their dynamic team in Bloemfontein.
Main Responsibilities:
End user support Install and maintain CCTV equipment Access control systems support and maintenance PABX and VOIP telephone systems Clocking system support and maintenance Monthly depot checks Manage all ICT hardware needs Manage financial expenses Install and maintain two-way radios Install and maintain computer hardware and other automated equipment Carry out any reasonable task within your working environmentQualifications Required:
Minimum qualification of Grade 12 plus a relevant IT qualification A+ and N+Skills and Experience Required:
At least three (3) years direct working experience in an IT environment Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles Experience with CCTV setup and maintenance Familiarity with Unifi Controller and Ubiquity Hardware Familiarity with VOIP systems and Mikrotik Routers Solid understanding of Remote Technology (RDP, VNC, Team Viewer etc.) Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account management Basic cabling skills and understanding of structured cabling standards Experience with two-way radio systems (e.g., Motorola, Kirisun) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksOther Requirements:
