Description:
A well-established manufacturing environment is seeking an energetic, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Shift Artisan. This role requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise, with a focus on maintaining optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and oversee maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant.
Troubleshoot equipment and process malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Complete 5-Why analyses for all breakdowns.
Collaborate with Shift Coordinators on breakdown support and preventative maintenance tasks.
Accurately capture maintenance information on MP2 and OEE Haldan systems.
Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
Qualifications
Relevant technical skills and a tertiary qualification.
Red Seal Electrician (essential) with at least 2 years’ post–trade test experience.
Red Seal Industrial Electrician (advantageous).
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ post–trade test maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
At least 3 years specifically within a manufacturing setting.
