A well-established organisation operating within the FMCG, warehousing, and export environment is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for an individual who is hands-on, enjoys full accounting responsibility, and thrives in a fast-paced operational setting.Candidates with experience in FMCG, warehousing, or exports will be highly advantageous, but the company remains open to strong accounting profiles with a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
Full accounting function across the business Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end processes Manage daily accounting operations and reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-related activities Assist with compliance, audit, and governance requirements Provide financial insights to support effective decision-making
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education: BCom Accounting Experience: SAICA articles preferred & 2 years post-articles experience Industry Exposure: FMCG, warehousing, or export experience ideal Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to handle the full accounting function
