Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced
Project Managers
to join our team and lead the delivery of projects across two main streams:
•
Construction & Infrastructure Projects
– overseeing medium-to-large-scale builds with a focus on technical delivery, compliance, and stakeholder management.
•
Commercial & Fit-Out Projects
– managing corporate, retail, and design-focused projects where speed, detail, and client service are key.
The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, proven industry experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams of contractors, consultants, and internal staff.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and contract management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress reporting.
• Troubleshoot challenges and drive continuous improvement on project delivery.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience• Relevant degree/diploma in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
•
Construction & Infrastructure stream:
5–7 years’ experience managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
•
Commercial & Fit-Out stream:
3–5 years’ experience managing commercial fit-out, corporate, or retail projects.
• Strong contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
