Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead and manage a finance team, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Manage FOREX transactions and ensure accurate accounting for multi-currency operations. Implement and optimize ERP systems ( N4NL Barn) for improved efficiency. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and liaise with auditors. Support cost control initiatives and profitability analysis.Qualification and Skills Required:
BCom in Finance (essential). Minimum 5 years experience in finance and 3 years in a management role. Industry experience in manufacturing or automotive is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of forecasting, analysis, and financial reporting. Experience with FOREX transactions is a great advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems ( N4NL Barn) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
