ROLE PURPOSEThe Funeral Arrangement Consultant (FAC) is responsible for assisting bereaved families through the funeral arrangement process, ensuring professional guidance, empathetic communication, and smooth coordination between the family, funeral home staff, cemeteries, and service providers.
