Description:

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATORMOSSELBAYMARKET RELATED SALARY, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Minimum requirements:
  • Post matric qualification in finance, accounting or bookkeeping or a related field will be preferable and beneficial
  • 3-5 Years' of experience in a finance and administrative role
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word, and financial software such as Pastel Accounting, Pastel Payroll and Microsoft 365
  • Attention to detail: Crucial for accuracy in financial records
  • Organizational skills: For managing multiple financial tasks and data
  • Communication skills: To effectively communicate financial information
  • Analytical skills: To identify financial trends and variances
  • Accounts Management: Process resident’s invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle petty cash
  • Data Entry and Reconciliation: Capture and verify financial data, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial databases
  • Payment Processing: Prepare payment requisitions, schedule payments, and reconcile vendor and client accounts, CSOS Payments
  • Financial Reporting: Accounting skills up to trail balance level; Assist with preparing financial reports, such as debtor age analysis, and present financial information to management; Processing of VAT transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Compliance
  • Vendor and Supplier relations
  • Payroll support: Capture and process monthly payroll input data and administer staff enquiries
  • Procurement: May assist with procurement procedures, vendor coordination, and managing inventory
