Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager – Tax at a dynamic and growing accounting and advisory firm based in Durban! The main purpose of this role is: - To lead and oversee the firm’s tax operations by providing strategic tax advisory services, ensuring compliance, mentoring a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the growth of both the local and international tax practice. We require a candidate with:
• CA(SA) or LLB qualification (preferred)
• A Master’s degree in Taxation
• A BCom Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of tax experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Deep knowledge of South African and international tax laws and regulatory frameworks
• Strong commercial, client management, and leadership abilities
• A forward-thinking mindset, with interest in innovation and technology in tax
