They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead their operations and ensure optimal efficiency across the production floor. Minimum requirements:- Matric
- Relevant qualification in Production Management, Engineering, or related field (advantageous)
- 5 Years’ experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience within the sheet metal or metal fabrication industry is essential
- Proven ability to implement process improvements and optimise production efficiency
- Solid understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
