The ca ndidate will provide administrative support to the F&I department, ensuring smooth documentation flow, customer coordination, and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Assist the F&I Manager with daily administrative and compliance tasks. Prepare, scan, and file documentation for vehicle finance applications. Ensure all customer documents are accurate and complete. Liaise with customers regarding outstanding documents or application progress. Capture, update, and maintain customer information on dealership systems. Maintain confidentiality and comply with POPIA requirements. Support general dealership administration as requiredCompetencies
Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Customer service focused. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Professional, well-spoken, and well-presented. Requirements:South African Citizen. Unemployed youth aged 1830 meeting the YES Programme criteria. Completed Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance. Valid Drivers License (not negotiable) Have not completed a yes programme before.
