- Diploma in Hospitality
- Managing and training housekeeping staff
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Overseeing inventory and purchasing of housekeeping supplies
- Ensuring a high level of service
- Managing budgets and maintaining financial records
