Job Opportunity: Marketer / Operations Person for Thriving Ice Shop 流

We are a rapidly growing local Ice Shop seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to take on a dual role covering both Operations/Production and Sales/Marketing. This is a hands-on position perfect for an energetic self-starter ready to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires a dedicated approach to both the daily running of the shop and the expansion of our customer base.
Operations & Administration
* Production: Operating the ice machine, ensuring efficient production, and packing ice bags.
* Customer Service: Attending to walk-in customers and managing all point-of-sale transactions (tilling).
* Stock Control: Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
* Invoicing: Accurately filling out the delivery note book and processing customer invoices.
Sales & Marketing
* Online Exposure: Proactively marketing the business online to significantly increase digital visibility and reach.
* Customer Acquisition: Engaging in cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads and secure orders.
* Account Management: Diligently following up with existing customers to maintain relationships and process repeat orders.
Qualifications & Experience:
| Education | Matric (Grade 12) required. |
| Experience | Minimum of 3+ years in a direct Sales or client-facing role. |
| Skills | Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Must be reliable and possess a professional telephone manner. |
Working Hours & Conditions:
* Work Days: Monday to Sunday
* Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Days Off: One day off will be allocated on a weekday (to be determined).
* Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
