Produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, tarts, and bakery items Run your pastry station (mise-en-place, service, consistency, hygiene) Assist with menu items, specials, and banqueting desserts Maintain high hotel standards and support junior pastry staffEssential Requirements
Minimum 2 years pastry experience in a 45 star hotels Grade 12 and a recognised Pastry / Culinary qualification Ability to work under pressure, maintain consistency, and deliver premium quality Team player with excellent attention to detail
