Description:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with direct clients and key introducers to ensure long-term engagement and retention. Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, canvass, and execute strategies to acquire new business, including corporate and direct clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Market & Competitor Analysis: Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and identify opportunities. Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training programmes and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organisation. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation at industry events, strengthen key relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Use CRM tools to track performance, monitor pipelines, and report progress to support strategy refinement. Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, ideally within financial services, treasury solutions, or related sectors Experience working with corporate clients, direct clients, and key introducers Relevant financial or business qualification (advantageous) Excellent relationship management and client service skills Ability to work independently and proactively generate new business Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Knowledge of treasury solutions and financial markets (beneficial)
