Location:Westville Salary: R6,000 Start Date: Immediately Carwash Supreme is looking for a reliable, accurate and organised Admin Officer to handle day-to-day office admin, financial capturing, Xero, and staff payslips. You must have Xero experience and be confident working with numbers. Main Responsibilities • Daily data capturing and updating of records • Checking staff attendance and preparing simple reports • Managing petty cash • Capturing bills, invoices and payments on Xero • Preparing monthly payslips (training provided) • Filing and organising office documents • Updating spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) • Supporting management with general admin tasks Requirements • Xero accounting experience (non-negotiable) • Experience in admin or bookkeeping • Ability to prepare simple staff payslips • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills • Reliable, organised, professional • Able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Work With Us • Stable growing company • Clear systems and training • Opportunity for long-term admin growth • Supportive management team How To Apply Email your CV To : Marcus@carwashsupreme.com
