My client, a leading and well-kown company requires an experienced Shopper marketing Manager for a 1 year Fixed Term Contract
Role Purpose
The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager will act as the key interface between our clients and internal teams, ensuring best-in-class shopper marketing solutions that drive conversion at point of purchase. This role is responsible for leading client relationships, taking detailed shopper marketing briefs, developing innovative strategies, and delivering impactful in-store and omnichannel shopper experiences. The ideal candidate will bring agency-side experience at a senior level and demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, client management, and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous). Experience: 8+ years in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role. Strong agency background at Director or Senior Account Director level, handling FMCG/retail clients. Proven track record in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of FMCG, retail channels, and shopper insights. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies.Key Competencies

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients on shopper marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, appointed agencies acting as a strategic advisor on shopper marketing.
