Description:
Cellular retailer requires a seasoned recruiter to join our fast paced, engaging, sales environment.
He/She will be responsible for the full recruitment function for the KZN. Ultimately, you will ensure our company recruits and retains qualified employees, while assisting with nurturing a healthy and productive work environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
• KZN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Requirements:
- Recruitment & Selection: 1 to 2 years
- Communication Skills: 1 to 2 years
- Administrative Skills: 1 to 2 years
• Sales experience
• Post Matric qualification would be advantageous alternatively solid work experience and proven ability at making placements within this sector
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Own vehicle would be advantageous
• Good Admin skills
• Must be organized and able to manage own desk, have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
