International Luxury Brand in Waterfront  is seeking to employ An experienced SM to lead their team Key Function:Actively lead your store to greater achievement and accomplishment through inspiring leadership whilst being
an always-present leader responsible for the full operation of your store including but not limited to;
Creating an A Class customer experience with every customer, every time, delivering the highest level of store
presentation and standards, and coaching each team member to exceed the Brand KPIâs
Sales and Results Management:
Customer Experience
- Creating inspiring A Class Customer Experiences with every customer and setting the service standard
- Ensure all team members are fully trained in, and are creating an A Class experience with every
- Constantly identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience within your store
- Coaching your teams to handle customer objections to guarantee complete customer satisfaction for
- Conduct A Class Inductions for every new Team Member
- Ensure all Team Members are aware of each Brand KPI and how to achieve the benchmark being;
- Ensure all sales budgets are being tracked on a daily basis through the in-store reporting platforms
- Manage monthly planning and ensure each shift is allocated and the stores productivity is not
- Ensure internal and external security procedures are maintained and full compliance is delivered
- Driving conversion with each team member to increase stores revenue
