Description:
- To provide comprehensive support to the Service Department by liaising telephonically with Customers.
- Following up on outstanding jobs with the technician/contractors/Agents
- Preparing Quotes for the repairs
- Ordering of Spares and following up on outstanding Spares Orders for jobs
- Debriefing of Contractors / technicians
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment
- Good technical parts interpretation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite
- Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints.
